Stone House with attachments and plenty of land, in Lameirão - Arega, Central Portugal
This house is all in stone, including the annexes, located in the village of Lameirão in Arega, 5 minutes from the market, where you can find cafes, restaurants, a pharmacy and a bank, and where about 3km away is the famous Rio Zêzere, great for beautiful dives and boat rides, at 8 Km´s is the village of Alvaiázere, about 20Km´s is the beautiful city of Tomar, known as the city of the Templars and famous for the traditional Festa dos Tabuleiros, and about 17km away is the village of Figueiró dos Vinhos. Very close to the village of Ferreira do Zêzere and Dornes, ideal for water rides.
The house is located 5 minutes by a motorway leading to all points of the country (1h30 from the city of Lisbon).
The entrance gate of the house has a very sunny courtyard, which has quiet views, we enter, and we have a kitchen with an oven, a living room and a dining room. We have two bedrooms, one with a trapdoor that gives access to the ground-floor annexes. We passed a hallway with two more bedrooms. There are several attachments on the ground floor, from the wine cellar and storage area. Other attachments all in stone can make another house, as the divisions have suitable dimensions.
This house has a lot of potential for its annexes, which, seen well, are two houses where you can design everything you idealize. It also has an excellent land of 3,100 sqm, with vines, fruit trees and bush.
This is a very sunny property with the potential to be transformed into one or two houses entirely in stone.
